The Polycrystalline Diamond Tools for Aluminum Alloy Piston Cutting

PCD refers to a polycrystal sintered by mixing fine diamond powder (micron size) with a small amount of metal powder (such as Co, etc.) and sintering at high temperature (1400 ℃) 

under high pressure. The cutting tools made of Polycrystalline diamond is the most widely used diamond tools, which is widely used in industrial fields such as automobiles, aerospace, 

and building materials. The PCD tools has the advantages of high cutting speed, long tool life and low cost of processing workpieces in large quantities. In order to improve engine
