In order to improve the service life of the tool and avoid unnecessary problems, please pay attention to the following points during use:

1) Do not use fingers or other objects to directly touch the diamond tip, only the workpiece;

2) Due to the hard and brittle characteristics of diamond tools, the feed rate should be increased from small to large, and the feed speed should be from slow to fast. The 

cutting amount should not exceed 0.05mm. Higher cutting speed can reduce the cutting force, while low-speed cutting will increase the cutting force, thus accelerating the tool failure. 

Therefore, the cutting speed should not be too low when using diamond tools.

3) In the process of testing and turning, please note that the tool can not turn ferrous metals (ferrous metals), and can contact non-ferrous metals (gold, silver, copper, aluminum, etc.) 

and plastics. If ferrous metal is encountered in the turning process, the tool is very likely to collapse, fracture or even be directly scrapped.

4) In the process of use, if there is wear, it can be detected by microscope. If it is within the range of grindable, it can be grinded repeatedly for many times to save costs. If it is beyond

the range of measurable wear, the tool needs to be replaced.
