How to Choose the optimal cutting paramters of PCBN inserts for turning Brake Disc?

When roughing or finishining brake disc, the cutting parameters of CBN inserts will directly affect the cutting tool life.

Brake discs are divided into air duct discs (double discs, generally used as front discs) and solid discs (single discs) Disk, generally as the back plate). Front plate, double-layered

V=500m/minap=0.1-0.2mmf=0.25mm/r
