1What is a PCD reamer

Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) cutting tools or PCD reamer apply in the process of cutting aluminium, brass and copper, graphite, and other materials like wood, plastic, and carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP).

1Reduce the outer diameter  in accordance with the situation. Reduce the cutting speed; appropriately alter the feed rate or reduce the allowance for machining; select a cutting fluid that has more efficient cooling; examine various equipment before machining to reduce the possible impact.

2Change the diameter of the outside of your PCD Reamer. You can adjust the speed of cutting and feed. Select an oily cutting liquid with excellent lubricating properties. If you are trying cutting for the first time be sure to alter the allowance as well as improve the sharpness of your PCD reamer.

3You can choose the right PCD reamer material according to the processing material. The PCD reamer may also be used.

7increase the reaming or boring process to make the hole more even; adjust the appropriate PCD reamer, then replace the reamer with the guide or lengthened cutting part.

8Reduce the reaming allowance and reduce the clearance angle of the cutting component; adjust the machine tool spindle.

9Reduce the speed of cutting; select the cutting fluid based on the material to be processed. Adaptively reduce the reaming allowance; reduce the number of PCD reamer teeth in accordance to the specific situation.

10To control hole position tolerances during the preprocessing procedure using a certified PCD-reamer. Use an unequal pitch tool as well as larger and more accurate guide sleeves.
