Copper-plated wire drawing is a continuous plating drawing process. Compared with cemented carbide, polycrystalline diamond has a tensile strength of only 70% 

of that of conventional hard alloys, but is 2.5 times that of hard alloys. In this way, the polycrystalline diamond die has more advantages than the cemented carbide die.
