What is a PCD thread milling cutter

PCD thread milling cutter is a PCD tool made by welding a PCD composite piece onto a steel substrate cutter bar. It is a rotating tool with one or more teeth used for milling processing. During operation, each tooth intermittently cuts off the remaining amount of the workpiece.

PCD thread milling cutters are mainly used for milling machines to process internal and external threads, steps, grooves, etc.
