Precision Diamond tools can be divided into natural single crystal diamond tools, PCD diamond tools, synthetic diamond tools, CVD tools and other tools.

According to our experience, the process know-how of PCD diamond cutter is as follows:

1) Positive angle blades are required for machining to reduce cutting force, cutting heat and workpiece deformation.

2) Keep constant feeding during operation to avoid hardening of workpiece. PCD tool shall be in feeding state all the time during machining. During milling, longitudinal 

cutting amount a e shall be 30% of radius.

3) High pressure and large flow cutting fluid is used to ensure the thermal stability of PCD tool processing process and prevent workpiece surface denaturation and tool 

damage due to too high temperature.
