Cutting parameters of PCD Inserts:

PCD tools can be machined at extremely high spindle speeds, such as speeds of up to 1000 m/min for turning silicon-aluminum alloys and 3000 m/min for high-speed milling;
(2) Feed Fr
The PCD tool should select the appropriate feed according to different processing conditions. If the feed rate is too large, the surface roughness will be affected, and the cutting temperature will increase.
(3) Cutting depth ap
The PCD tool should select the appropriate cutting depth according to the processing technology, and the cutting depth will affect the tool life.
