LINKUT Double Sided PCBN (Polycrystalline Cubic Boron Nitride) tools is directly synthesized under high temperature and ultra-high pressure environment, with the 

characteristics of large thickness and high density. The thickness of composite layer can reach 1 ~ 2mm.

The whole face of the insert is made of PCBN material with a positioning center hole, which is competent for the worse working conditions. The cutting depth is further 

increased, the impact resistance is better, and there is no desoldering condition. It has good cutting performance and is suitable for 0 ~ 5mm cutting depth, continuous 

or light intermittent cutting.

LINKUT new type PCBN insert is widely used in semi finishing and finishing of gray cast iron, wear-resistant cast iron, heat-resistant alloy and hardened steel.
