Although CBN milling cutters are not as diverse in specifications and dimensions as tungsten steel coated milling cutters, they are often used in precision machining due to their material properties, which are second only to diamonds in hardness, and have absolute advantages in processing life and accuracy

The CBN series has a high content of PCBN, thus possessing excellent wear resistance. Through careful design of the cutting edge, excellent cutting force and mirror finish have been achieved. When processing HRC70 high hardness steel, the best performance can be achieved.

Precautions when using CBN milling cutter:
The workpiece shall be demagnetized to reduce the tool wear caused by the failure of magnetic cutter to discharge powder nitrate. Control the oil mist to its maximum, and align it with the milling cutter for lubrication, cooling, and chip removal.
