There have 2 points need to be noticed during the use of wire drawing die.

(1) Surface pretreatment: For the wire with dirty surface and more impurities, it must be cleaned and dried before being drawn; for wire with more scale on the 

surface of polycrystalline diamond wire drawing die, First, after the acid, dried and then pulled; for the surface of the wire pits, heavy skin and other phenomena, 

the wire must be polished by the sander and then pulled;

(2) Heat treatment: For wires with excessive hardness or uneven hardness, the hardness should be reduced by annealing or tempering, and the wire is kept to have

good hardness uniformity and then drawn.

For the treated wire, it is better to ensure the service life of the wire drawing die and the high smoothness and high quality of the wire surface.
