First, the chatter mark.

Improve the sharpness of the cutting edge and reduce the cutting resistance;   

Increase the feed, reduce the speed and avoid the resonance zone; Increase the rigidity of the machine tool and fixture, and improve the materials processing time.                    Second, the roughness is too bad.

Increase or optimize the wiper of the CBN inserts;

Use a sharp edge and a large cutting edge arc;

Using constant line speed and a reasonable feed combination.
